Clean optics improve output
Allow the fixture to cool, disconnect power, remove the lens tube, and use clean air or a soft brush to remove loose dust. Clean glass with a lint-free cloth and a suitable optical cleaner, avoiding abrasive materials and excess liquid.
Inspect while cleaning
Check for cracked lenses, loose retaining clips, damaged shutters, heat damage, and worn wiring. If a fixture needs parts or a full inspection, contact XS for repair assistance.
